Poke Bowl
Sauce:
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 cup water
Tofu:
1/2 block firm or extra firm tofu, cut into small (~5mm) chunks
marinate in a few tbsp of the sauce for at least 30m
fry in hot frying pan in a small amount of oil for ~5 minutes
Tuna:
~400g Tuna, cut into ~1.5cm chunks
marinate with a few tbsp of the sauce for ~15 minutes
Other toppings:
1-2 avocados
pineapple
mango
apple
cucumber
carrot
Nori
(cut all of the above into ~ 1cm chunks)
